Functional Movement Screening

Apparently this test is a pretty good indicator of your functional movement capability/mobility. Using a Pass/Fail system, a score of less than 14 allegedly corresponds to 35% higher risk of injuries.

I’m going to do it this week and see how my stiff ass fares. Let’s give it a shot and see what our weaknesses are, yeah?
